Local Pickup (Atlanta Area)
Local pickup is available at checkout for customers in the Atlanta metro area.

You will receive a pickup notification when your order is ready.

Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification.

If an order is not picked up within 7 days, it will be considered unclaimed.
Unclaimed orders will receive a partial refund. The refund amount will exclude the cost of materials, customization, and labor already completed.
Full Domestic Shipping Policy (Updated)
Processing Time
All items are handmade and processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time is 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

Custom or large orders may require additional time.

Rush processing is available for an additional fee through the Rush Order Form.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive in:

3–5 business days via USPS First Class

2–3 business days via USPS Priority Mail

1–2 business days via UPS (if selected)
Shipping speed is chosen at checkout and is controlled by the carrier.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered:

Krazy Kool Kreations cannot replace or refund items shipped to the wrong address.

If the package is returned to us, the customer must pay for reshipment.
To request an address correction before your order ships, use the Order Status Form.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is accepted by USPS or UPS, it is no longer in our control.
If your package is marked “Delivered” but not received:

Check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.

File a claim directly with USPS or UPS.

Submit a Lost Package Claim if you need our assistance.
Krazy Kool Kreations is not responsible for:

Carrier delays

Lost packages
-
Stolen packages

Weather‑related delays
We will assist you with the claim process when needed.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Because all items are custom‑made, all sales are final.
Support is available through the following forms:

Order Cancellation Form (within 12 hours of purchase)

Refund Request Form (for damaged or incorrect items)

Exchange Request Form (if we made an error)
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect personalization submitted by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Submit a Refund Request Form within 48 hours of delivery.

Include photos of the item and packaging.
If the error is on our end, we will remake or refund the item.
